An imprimatur, also called “nihil obstat” is an official declaration on behalf of the Catholic Church hierarchy that a literary work is free of errors related to catholic doctrine and moral, and thus is authorized to be read by thecatholic faithful.

NUEVA ADVOCACIÓN A LA SANTÍSIMA VIRGEN MARÍA
“REINA Y MADRE DE LOS ULTIMOS TIEMPOS”
El lunes 28 de agosto del año del Señor 2006, le fue revelado por nuestro Señor Jesucristo a Luz de María una nueva Advocación de la Santísima bajo el título de “REINA Y MADRE DE LOS ÚLTIMOS TIEMPOS”. GRAN PARTE DE LAS ADVOCACIONES A LA SANTÍSIMA VIRGEN MARIA ESTÁN REUNIDAS EN UNA SOLA IMAGEN QUE LA REPRESENTA.
Posteriormente la Madre Celestial le ha dictado una oración para todo el Pueblo de Dios, con la cual nos invita a invocarla sobre todo en estos instantes de gran tribulación y confusión dentro y fuera de la Iglesia.
Agradecidos con el Cielo por tan grande don celestial, exhortamos al Pueblo de Dios a acoger con fe y gratitud este auxilio divino que brota de la amorosa Voluntad de Dios que a todos nos quiere proteger en el presente y el futuro por medio del auxilio maternal de la “Reina y Madre de los últimos tiempos”
Concedo el “imprimatur” a esta nueva advocación, a la oración con la cual podemos implorarla con confianza y a la representación o imagen que expresa artísticamente la visión tenida por Luz de María, a la vez invito a la novena de preparación para la festividad de nuestra REINA Y MADRE DE LOS ÚLTIMOS TIEMPOS cuya festividad será el día 28 de agosto.

NEW INVOCATION OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY:
¨QUEEN AND MOTHER OF THE END TIMES¨
On Monday, August 28 of the year of the Lord 2006, a new invocation of the Blessed Virgin Marywas revealed to Luz de María by our Lord Jesus Christ under the title of “QUEEN AND MOTHER OF THE END TIMES”. A GREAT PART OF THE INVOCATIONS TO THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY ARE GATHERED IN ONE SINGLE IMAGE THAT REPRESENTS HER.
Later the Heavenly Mother dictated a prayer for all of God’s People, with which She invites us to invoke Her especially in these instants of great tribulation and confusion inside and outside theChurch.
Grateful to Heaven for such a great heavenly gift, we exhort the People of God to receive with faith and gratitude over this divine help that springs from the loving Will of God that wants to protect all of us in the present and the future through the maternal help of the “Queen andMother of the End Times”.
I grant the “imprimatur” to this new invocation, to the prayer with which we can implore Her with confidence and to the representation or image that artistically expresses the vision had byLuz de María, at the same time I extend the invitation to participate in the novena to prepare for the feast of our ¨ QUEEN AND MOTHER OF THE END TIMES¨ whose feast day will be on August 28.

Humanity is in Purification waiting for it to recrudesce; they do not recognize the signs of this instantbecause they do not know the Warnings from My Mother and they call past My Eternal Word which is in the Holy Scripture. They chain Me to a past. All was said in the Holy Scripture, they chain My Holy Spirit to prevent Him from revealing My explanation to this generation so it won’t be lost. THEY DO NOT RESPECT MY COMMANDMENTS, THEY TRANSGRESS THE SACRAMENTS, THEY DISMISS THE ACTS OF MERCY, THE BEATITUDES ARE PAST. WILL THE INSTITUTION OF THESACRED EUCHARIST BE PAST?
No, My children, the Holy Scripture contains the development of My People. This is why I EXPLAINMy Word to this generation, and My Mother is designated by my Father, Me and My Spirit, to guardthis generation and to save souls with Her Maternal Love.
I have revealed to My Prophet this My Word, because I have called My People to be My witnesses,but they cannot figure out how to give testimony of Me; they look for special gifts or virtues, but withthem they will not give absolute testimony of Me, not until they know Me in truth and spirit will they beable to have My Strength, My Spirit, freely, without it being tied up or limited.

The Church allows the faithful to know these revelations as indicated in the following Canon:
THE CANONS OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH ONPRIVATE REVELATIONS
ECCLESIASTICAL PERMISSION IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THE PUBLICATION
OF REVELATIONS, VISIONS OR MIRACLES.
The decree of the “Sacred Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith” was published in the”Official Acts of the Holy See” (A.A.S.) 58/16, dated December 29, 1966. Articles 1399 and 2318 of Canon Law are abrogated by this decree. This decree of abrogation was approved on October 14, 1966 by His Holiness the Sovereign Pontiff Paul VI, who at the same time ordered itspublication.
This approval by the Holy Father took place during an audience with His Eminence Cardinal Ottaviani,Pro-Prefect for the “Sacred Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith”. The decree was made inRome, November 15, 1966, and bears the signature of:
- Cardinal Ottaviani, Pro-Prefect
- Pietro Párente, Secretary
The decree took effect three months after its publication, on March 29, 1967.
Canon 1399
Canon 1399 prohibited by right, the publication of certain books such as those dealing with revelations, visions, prophecies and miracles. ON MAY 29, 1967, SAID CANON WAS REVOKED. Therefore, this means that as far as these publications are concerned, the prohibition has been lifted from its obligation to ecclesiastical law. Therefore, this means that Catholics have permission without imprimatur or Nihil- Obstat, or other permission, to make publications about revelations, visions, prophecies and miracles. Of course, these publications cannot endanger the Faith or Morals. This is the general rule that every Catholic must follow in all his actions, even as reported, especially reporters. IT IS ALL THE MORE REASON TO ALLOW CATHOLICS TO VISIT APPARITION SITES, EVEN THOSE NOT RECOGNIZED BY THE ORDINARIES OFTHE DIOCESE OR BY THE HOLY FATHER, SINCE CATHOLIC VISITORS WHO VISIT ORFREQUENT THESE SITES MUST RESPECT FAITH AND
MORALS. However, they are not subject to any ecclesiastical discipline, nor for their public prayers. Permission is required only for the celebration of Holy Mass or any other religious service.
Canon 2318
Canon 2318 carried punishments against those who violated the laws of censorship andprohibition. THIS CANON HAS BEEN REVOKED SINCE 1966. ECCLESIASTICAL CENSURE CANNOT BE INCURRED BY FREQUENTING PLACES OF APPARITIONS OR THOSE WHICH ARE NOT RECOGNIZED BY THE ORDINARIES OF DIOCESES OR BY THE HOLY FATHER. Also, “those who have incurred censure dealt with in Canon 2318 will be absolved for the facts of abrogation of thisCanon” – Cardinal Ottaviani.
